Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for completed grooming services. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will assess the issue and offer a corrective service if appropriate.

Return Policy: As a service-based business, we do not accept returns. For any concerns about your grooming experience, please reach out directly for resolution.

Shipping Policy: Glomore Grooming does not ship physical products. All services are performed in person at our El Paso studio by appointment only.

Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy. Client information is used solely for booking and communication purposes. We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

Booking note: Please have current rabies vaccination records ready before your visit — required by El Paso Title 7. Your appointment isn't final until you tap "Complete intake form now" after booking and submit your dog's info, vet contact, and rabies documentation. This keeps every guest safe.

🐾 Texas Health Protocol Notice — New World Screwworm (NWS) New World Screwworm has been detected in Texas. All pet owners must monitor their animals closely for: Wounds that do not heal Enlarging or draining wounds Maggots or larvae in any wound Irritation around the eyes, ears, nose, navel, or other body openings Signs of distress or unusual discomfort If you suspect screwworm, report immediately at screwworm.gov. This condition is federally reportable and early detection protects animals across Texas. Grooming Requirement: Before any grooming appointment can be finalized, pets must be examined by a Texas‑licensed veterinarian and receive a clean bill of health confirming no screwworm infestation and no active wound concerns. No exceptions. No Mexico vets. No out‑of‑country paperwork.

Glomore Grooming does NOT accept aggressive dogs, abused dogs, or pets with behavioral issues for grooming services. For safety and liability reasons, any pet displaying aggression, fear‑based behavior, severe anxiety, or a history of biting must be referred to a licensed veterinarian or veterinary clinic. These cases may require chemical restraint, sedation, or medical supervision, which can only be performed by a veterinarian.

Grooming is a physical handling procedure, and pets with behavioral or trauma‑related issues cannot be safely serviced in a home‑based or standard grooming environment. If your pet requires specialized behavioral or medical grooming, please contact your veterinarian for appropriate care.

Glomore Grooming reserves the right to decline any appointment where the pet’s behavior presents a risk to itself, the groomer, or the grooming environment.
